Framing is nearly complete at our Project Walnut custom home build in Oakville. This stage brings the home’s structure to life, showing the vaulted rooflines, detailed chimney feature, and open-concept layout that will define the finished space.

Project Sprucedale | Oakville Master Bathroom Ensuite
Currently in progress, with electrical rough-ins underway, this master ensuite is being transformed into a sophisticated spa-inspired retreat. The design combines elegance and function, featuring a seamless curbless shower, heated floors, a custom wood sauna, and a freestanding tub that serves as the room’s focal point. A bespoke vanity add thoughtful comfort, while the expanded layout creates an open, airy flow that feels luxurious yet timeless. Every element has been curated to offer a true sense of relaxation and refined craftsmanship.
