PROJECT RIVER OAKS

Project River Oaks is an Oakville main floor renovation focused on opening the layout and improving overall function. Major structural walls were removed between the kitchen and dining area, with engineered beams installed to create one continuous space. This improved natural light, sightlines, and flow throughout the main floor. The kitchen features custom navy cabinetry, quartz countertops, brass hardware, and layered lighting. White oak flooring runs throughout, with new arch openings added to better define transitions between spaces. The staircase was refinished with solid white oak treads and black metal balusters. Custom millwork was added in the mudroom and beverage area to increase storage and support daily use.
